Upon your arrival at Vancouver International Airport, once you have cleared Immigration, cllected your luggage and cleared Customs, continue to the guest Arrivals Lounge; stay to the right of the information centre and look for the "Ground Transportation" sign. As you proceed down the walkway you will find your chauffeur waiting at the end of te walkway, holding a sign displaying your last name.

Upon your arrival at Vancouver International Airport, we will meet you at your baggage carousel for your arriving flight in domestic arrivals. The chauffeur will be waiting there, holding a sign with your last name displayed on it.
